The Founder President of Dogusan Co.,Inc. and Metal Industry Co. Ltd. Mr. Nedim Metin Cizreli, born in Istanbul, year 1931.

Completed his elemantary and high school education in Diyarbakır.

He than graduated with master of science degree as "Civil Engineer and Architect" from Istanbul Technical University, at 1955 term.

During his university years he has been the President of Students Union of Architecture Faculty and than also to Istanbul Technical University Students Union.

After graduation he served as supervision engineer at Diyarbakir NATO Air Base and than worked as Manager at Diyarbakir Municipality Construction and Science Department.

After his military service at National Defence Ministry between 1958 to 1959, he started freelancer work.

Mr. Nedim Metin Cizreli, elected as Member of Parliament from Diyarbakir province by 1965.

However he has given up politics and did not attendet to the next elections as he established DOGUSAN Co.,Inc, by than.

Through his works which covers more or less "half a century" DOGUSAN had signed to successful compeltion records both at infrastructural and superstructural construction.

After his son Mr. Mehmet Münir Cizreli also graduated from Istanbul Technical University, by 1985, as Civil Engineer, they shared the remarkable journey of Dogusan, together than.

By the year 2008 yılında, Mr. Mehmet Münir Cizreli, also as a represantator of youngster generations, became the Chairman.

Mr. N.Metin Cizreli, is currently a Member of the Board in DOGUSAN Co.,Inc. and besides this, he is the Chairman of the Anatolian Clup (where most members are current or previous term parlamenterians) and also the President of Diyarbakir Province Presentation, Culture and Cooperation Foundation.

Mr. N.Metin Cizreli married to Mrs. Cavide CİZRELİ at year 1962 and N.Metin and Cavide Cizreli couple, have three child; M.Münir, Sule, Lale and five grandson from them.
